Wk 6: Post Reach vs Engagement

According to the article I read, post reach is how many times your post has appeared on somebody else's screen. Engagement on the other hand, reflects how the user interacts with the post such as a clicking the post, liking it, or sharing it.

The amount of eyes that your post reaches is important but knowing what your customers engage with and interact with can be even more useful. A business can guarantee growth if they can figure out how to translate reach to engagement. Using Facebook's insight tools to find out what content is engaged with allows businesses to generate more similar content. Maintaining a good combination of reach and engagement would be the best for a business. It ensures that you're both reaching a broad audience and growing your current fan base.
